What do Pilates and Vietnamese coffee have in common? Balance. On October 4, our cart joined Hell’s Kitchen Pilates and the 49th Annual West 44th Street Garage Sale, bringing energy, culture, and community together on a block alive with tradition.

Over 250 guests gathered around our cart this weekend, turning a simple coffee pop-up into a celebration of friends, family, and community. From first-time sips of Vietnamese coffee to shared moments with neighbors, every cup became a connection.
