Where Vietnamese Coffee Meets the Energy of Tennis
Two of our passions recently came together: our love for tennis and our love for Vietnamese coffee. Through a collaboration with Love & Lob, we brought Vietnamese coffee and matcha courtside — serving both players picking up a racket for the first time and seasoned competitors alike.
This collaboration mattered to us because tennis represents many of the same qualities we associate with Vietnamese coffee: focus, energy, craft, and elevation. By serving coffee on the court, we wanted to reframe how Vietnamese coffee is seen — not as something niche or unfamiliar, but as something that belongs in refined, high-energy, modern spaces.
The day also marked a seasonal shift, kicking off winter with a shared sense of momentum and community. It wasn’t just about drinks; it was about creating a space where people could gather, connect, and recharge between sets.
Working with Love & Lob made this especially meaningful. We’re not just collaborators — we’re participants in their community, joining their open plays, lessons, and events ourselves. Their commitment to making tennis more accessible, including offering free court playtime in New York, is rare and deeply aligned with our own values around inclusivity and community-building.
This wasn’t a one-off moment. It was a reminder of why we do what we do: bringing Vietnamese coffee into spaces that reflect energy, intention, and culture — and building community along the way.
