Do you need electricity or a power outlet?

No — our Vietnamese phin filter method is similar to a pour-over and does not require electricity. That said, if you have a power outlet available it is helpful for any warming equipment if hot drinks are included.

Do you need access to a sink or water?

We bring everything we need, including pre-brewed coffee. A sink nearby is helpful but not required.

Can you set up outdoors?

Yes. We just need a stable, flat surface. Weather conditions may affect the experience, especially for hot drinks, so we will coordinate with you on logistics.

How much space does the cart need?

Our cart typically needs a 6 to 8 foot footprint. We can send photos ahead of time so you can plan your floor space.

What type of coffee do you use?

We use 100% Robusta beans, brewed through a traditional Vietnamese phin filter. It is a slow-drip process that produces a rich, bold coffee concentrate.

Can you do hot drinks?

Hot drinks are included in our Premium package. If you are on our standard package, hot drinks can be added on — just let us know and we will work it into your quote.

Do you accommodate vegan or gluten-free guests?

Our coffee is naturally gluten-free and vegan. The dairy question is the main variable. If you have guests with specific allergens, send us the list and we will go through the menu item by item.

How do you price your services?

We price based on guest count, duration, and package level. We quote on the higher end of your guest count to make sure we are never caught short — better to over-prepare than under-deliver.

Can you add our venue as an additional insured?

Yes. If your venue requires a custom endorsement naming them as an additional insured, we can accommodate that. Send us the venue requirements and we will coordinate with our insurance broker.

Can you do custom branded cups?

Yes. We will need your logo files (vector preferred) ahead of time to arrange production. Just factor in lead time.

Can you rename the drinks for our event?

Yes — we love doing this. We can rename drinks to match your team, brand, or event theme. Just let us know what you have in mind.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We will work with you on reschedules where possible. Cancellation terms are outlined in your agreement at booking. Get in touch as early as possible if your plans change.
