Vietnamese Coffee, Pilates & Community — Popup at Hell’s Kitchen Pilates

On Saturday, October 4, from 10 am to 3 pm (or until sold out), we will be having our Vietnamese Coffee Pop-Up at Hell’s Kitchen Pilates (413 W 44th Street). This was more than just a coffee cart — it was a moment where fitness, culture, and community collided.

🧘‍♀️ Why Pilates & Vietnamese Coffee Work Together

What do Pilates and Vietnamese coffee have in common? Balance. Pilates strengthens your body with control and flexibility; Vietnamese coffee balances bold coffee flavor and sweet condensed milk. Together, they’re a natural pairing to energize the body and calm the mind.

📍 A Neighborhood Block Transformed

This pop-up was part of the 49th Annual West 44th Street Garage Sale — the block between 9th & 10th Avenues shut down and filled with vendors, treasure hunts, handmade goods, antiques, food, and so much local energy. It’s a classic Hell’s Kitchen tradition with a vibrant twist.

🤝 Why This Matters to Us

We believe Vietnamese coffee is more than a beverage — it’s heritage, community, and connection. At this pop-up, we didn’t just pour drinks; we shared stories, brought people together, and showed how culture can move through a simple cup.

We’re already looking forward to the next one. If you want to get in on it or host a pop-up for your crew, keep an eye out on our social channels — stories and invites will drop soon.
