Sharing Vietnamese Coffee & Plant-Based Innovation with Vinamilk in New York

We recently collaborated with Vinamilk, Vietnam’s leading dairy brand, to introduce New York to one of their newest offerings: Nine Nuts Plant-Based Creamy Blend — through a community-centered coffee activation.

This collaboration focused on more than just serving drinks. It was about cultural exchange, supporting local businesses, and sharing a modern take on Vietnamese flavors with a broader audience.

A Plant-Based Milk Rooted in Variety & Balance

Vinamilk’s Nine Nuts Plant-Based Creamy Blend is crafted from a thoughtful combination of nine different plant ingredients, including:

• Oat

• Almond

• Walnut

• Soybean

• Mung bean

• Red bean

• Black bean

• Additional legume and seed blends

The result is a smooth, creamy plant-based milk that complements coffee exceptionally well — offering depth, body, and balance without overpowering the drink itself.

Vietnamese Coffee, Made More Accessible

For this activation, we prepared free Vietnamese coffee using Vinamilk’s Nine Nuts blend, allowing guests to experience how plant-based milk can pair seamlessly with bold Vietnamese coffee flavors.

Many guests were surprised by how rich and rounded the drinks tasted — especially those trying Vietnamese coffee or plant-based alternatives for the first time. It was a simple but effective way to reframe both.

Supporting Small Businesses Through Community Pop-Ups

We hosted this activation at a local nail salon, intentionally choosing a neighborhood small business as the setting. Supporting small businesses has always been central to our work — and this collaboration allowed us to give back while creating an approachable, welcoming environment for guests.

By bringing Vinamilk’s product into a familiar local space, we were able to create genuine conversations around flavor, culture, and everyday experiences — rather than a traditional promotional setup.
